I have eaten at Saffrron numerous times over the last 5 years, and a couple of months ago discovered that they do a cooking master class.
The class started at 9:30 and after an introduction we headed into the kitchen to start the preparation and then cooking.
Between 8 of us we made 4 dishes, learnt some hints and techniques from Selvam and had a few laughs.
The class concluded around midday with a feast of the dishes we had cooked.
A great class and that I would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys the great food at Saffrron.
