Locally caught barramundi pieces infused with fresh lime juice, ginger, garlic paste and red chilli powder finished with curry leaves.

Sweet potato, cashew and paneer samosa
Sweet potato and homemade Indian cottage cheese and nuts parcel.

Kashmiri lamb cutlets
Marinated lamb cutlets cooked in the tandoor oven.


Kozhi kuruma (chicken korma madras style)
Chicken simmered in a mildly spiced cashew, poppy seeds and coconut based korma sauce.

Atlantic salmon and okra mooli
Tasmanian salmon poached in a ginger, turmeric and coconut based sauce infused with an exquisite blend of delicious kerala spices.

Lamb sukka varuval
Small lamb pieces tossed in a delicious blend of caramelised onion, green chillies, garam masala and fresh curry leaves and garnished with fried cashew and garlic.

Pumpkin & broccoli makahani
